AGB:


1. Validity

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between DCosmetic; Döner Merz,

Ottrau/Schorbach and their customers. The general terms and conditions apply without exclusion.


2. Type, extent and duration of treatment

The duration of the treatment is always individually adapted to the requirements of the individual treatment. If an adjustment is made, this is always in consultation with the customer. The treatment is based on the current offer and price list or can be individually adapted to the customer's wishes. The treatment begins and ends at the agreed time. All offers are subject to change and non-binding.


3. Billing and payment

Unless otherwise agreed in individual cases, billing is always based on the current offer and price list. All services are to be paid directly and immediately after the services are provided.


4. Retention of title

The purchased item remains the property of DCosmetic until full payment has been made.


5. Appointment cancellations/delays

Late arrival Agreed appointments are binding. Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment begins.

police report. In this case, of course, there are no treatment costs for the customer!

6. Gift vouchers and special offers

Vouchers expire after the regular statutory limitation period. Special offers and promotions are only valid during the advertised period and must be used during this time and are valid as long as they are in stock.

There is no entitlement to these special offers and promotions after the expiration of a period of time and/or after stocks have been sold out.


7. Exchange of goods

Promotional items, individually ordered items or already used items cannot be exchanged.

Furthermore, an exchange will only be made upon presentation of proof of allergy (if an allergy exists).


8. Warranty

The warranty is based on the statutory provisions.


9. Limitation of Liability

During the treatment, products appropriate to the needs of the respective skin type are used. However, no guarantee can be given regarding tolerability and success. This is especially true if questions in the preliminary consultation were not answered adequately or truthfully by the customer.

The customer is obliged to inform the service provider immediately about allergies, contagious diseases or infections (such as HIV, hepatitis or similar) and to answer truthfully when asked. At the same time, the service provider assures that he will keep confidential any diseases or infections that have become known. The service provider also reserves the right to refuse treatment if the service provider or other persons would be exposed to a risk (infection or similar) by carrying out a treatment.

The beautician is not liable for unforeseeable skin and body reactions caused by cosmetics and treatments, nor for allergies or other physical conditions unknown to the customer or not communicated to the beautician, which would have made such treatment unavoidable.

The beauty salon is not liable for appointments cancelled at short notice by the service provider and therefore does not cover any costs (such as travel expenses, loss of earnings, etc.). The beauty salon is not responsible for the loss or destruction of personal items.

10. Subject to change

We reserve the right to make changes to the type, duration and extent of treatments as well as prices.


11. Terms and Conditions, Price List:

If new terms and conditions or new offer and price lists are published, all previous ones lose their validity.


12. Treatment of minors:

For persons under 18 years of age, all treatments are only carried out with the consent of the legal guardian,

and a copy of the identity card of the young person and the legal guardian.

In addition, the legal guardian must be present during the treatment.


13. Complaints and claims:

Unless these terms and conditions contain more specific provisions regarding complaints and claims,

the conditions set out in this section apply without restriction.

If the customer has a complaint or claim, this must be reported to DCosmetic as soon as possible, but no later than 10 days after the reason for the complaint has been identified. Otherwise, warranty claims are excluded.

DCosmetic must provide an acceptable solution to resolve the complaint within the following 10 working days.

If a complaint is justified, DCosmetic must perform the work complained about again without additional payment, or

14. Severability clause:

Should one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions or parts of such provisions shall remain unaffected. The substantive provisions of the invalid provisions shall be replaced by the statutory provisions.


15. Final provisions:

The business relationship between DCosmetic and the customer is subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding all international and supranational (contractual) legal systems.
