MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE

M.L .

Manual lymphatic drainage, the royal massage for the face

Gentleness, lightness and tenderness – this is what distinguishes manual lymphatic drainage from other therapies.

The aim of manual lymphatic drainage is primarily to promote the outflow from the tissue without simultaneously increasing the inflow.

This results in various positive effects for health and well-being.

Manual lymphatic drainage (complex physical decongestion therapy (KPE)) is not a massage in the traditional sense.

These are slow and very gentle pressure movements that are directed towards the lymph nodes. This supports the removal of tissue fluid (e.g. proteins, fats, water, as well as broken down cell residues, etc.).

Cosmetic effect:

Improvement of the skin's appearance, increase in metabolism, decongestion of the tissue, relaxation of the facial muscles, swelling and dark circles under the eyes are reduced, with a dull, pale complexion

Medical effect:

Pain-relieving by inhibiting the nerve pathways that transmit pain in headaches/migraines. Calming by retuning the autonomic nervous system
